My favorite thing about my AB Cochlear implant is
How many sounds I had forgotten - birds, wind in the leaves, iny voices, crickets - it's all still there for us. And it was almost painless -- so worth it!
With my AB cochlear implant, I can
enjoy talking to people in public. I had turned into a real wallflower before my AB CI.
My favorite sound is
my little grandkids' voices (especially their giggles) and hearing the birds singing.
I chose AB because
I was most impressed with the engineering aspect. Being able to utilize more of the internal implant in the future.
