We came to know about the hearing loss when she was only 8 months old. As per the protocol our Audiologist then suggested that we use a Hearing Aid, but, due to poor responses we opted for her first CI (Neptune Processor) in 2013 on the Left ear. Looking at her good progress our Audiologist and Therapist suggested for a second Implant which we got in May 2016.
