You may have received an odd email with the subject: "Sandbox: Welcome to community" The message was sent from our test/development environment by mistake during a recent round of testing. It wasn’t part of our production communications, and there isn’t a security issue or impact to your data.
The message originated in the test environment where a feature was unintentionally enabled, and the content isn’t part of normal customer communications. The link in the message has been deactivated, and some recipients may have seen the email addressed to a different name due to internal IT controls.
What to do: You may delete the message—no action is needed on your end.
