The sound quality has been astounding! I never in a million years thought I would not just hear again but hear so well and so much better than I ever did with hearing aids
With my AB cochlear implant, I can
Use a telephone
Listen and enjoy all kinds of music and attend concerts
Listen to podcasts and the radio
Talk to people in groups
Understand people with accents
Identify sounds I could never hear with hearing aids
My favorite sound is
Racing cars, especially those with big engines and hear the engine note change as it comes into view and disappears into the distance
I chose AB because
Of the unique features such as the T-Mic which allows me to use the telephone at work easily and wear headphones for listening to multimedia
