I was one of the early recipients of the Clarion 1.0 implant and used it for 27 years before undergoing revision surgery on January 2, 2026. I now use the HiRes Ultra 3D implant with the Naída CI Marvel sound processor, and I’m excited to explore new sounds and technologies as I continue practicing and relearning.
