We enjoy the options AB provides to grow as our child grows. From the wearing options to the software strategies that give Lily the best access to sound on the market, Lily has the flexibility and power now and in the future.
With my AB cochlear implant, I can
Do anything! There are no limits. Lily can sing, perform in plays, compete at the highest levels in her education, play soccer, serve others as a Girl Scout, and talk circles around most of her normal hearing peers.
My favorite sound is
Today Lily enjoys singing with her school choir and playing in the school orchestra. Her favorite sound is probably the sound of her own voice. She talks a lot!
I chose AB because
Based on hours of research and many nights talking to parents of kids with CIs, we chose AB because of the results in giving the best access to sound.
